
About Daniel’s Bagels
I’m Daniel! I’ve been passionate about baking for years and have seen the joy and excitement great baked goods can produce.
When the COVID-19 crisis caused me to move back home from college in 2020, I spent more time than ever in the kitchen. I eventually began experimenting with bagels, a nostalgic comfort food for my family. It’s always been a challenge to find great, fresh bagels outside of New York City, so I set out to change that!
After many weeks of fine-tuning recipes and rounds of feedback from family and friends, I decided to begin selling my bagels. The word quickly spread, and what started as a bagel-making hobby evolved into hundreds of thousands of handmade bagels and thousands of happy customers!
